Frequently asked questions

Practical answers to how I work, how long projects take, what they cost and what to expect if we work together.

Work with me

If you already know you need help with a pitch deck, sales deck or strategy presentation, skip the FAQs and ping me.

A. Working with me

Solo. I don’t run an agency. It’s just me, and I stay hands-on from start to finish.

Mostly startups, B2B companies, consumer brands, GCCs and teams that present often to investors, customers or leadership.

Tech, SaaS, fintech, AI, analytics, solar/EV, media, OTT, consumer brands, D2C, edtech, healthtech, IT services and a few more. Check out some of the names in the clients section on the home page.

Yes.

B. Process, time and revisions

Decode → Distill → Design. We talk, I understand the business, I build the storyline, then I design the deck.

Typically 4–5 long calls, depending on how complex the business and the deck are.

Most pitch decks and sales decks take around 3–4 weeks. Small presentations take a week or two depending on the scope. Bigger strategy decks or complex stories can take longer. A short visual overhaul of a 10-slide presentation will take just a few days.

Enough till it’s right. We refine the story and slides together. I don’t charge for iterations unless they happen after the deck has been approved and shipped.

No, not for normal project iterations. If you come back after a while and want revisions, I might charge you a small fee. If the scope changes completely midway, we talk about it like adults.

That’s normal. Most of my work is in AI, SaaS, analytics and deep-tech. Your audience usually does not know what you do, so I place myself in their shoes and see the business from their point of view without dumbing it down. Simplifying complex businesses and ideas is my area of expertise.

Yes. A big part of my job is helping you prioritise the message together. We decide what matters, what doesn’t and what deserves the spotlight.

Yes. The structure of the story and the flow of the slides make it much easier to present with confidence, even if speaking isn’t your superpower.

Yes. We plan for the expected questions, objections and curveballs so you stay in control even after the slides end. I am here to help you succeed, not just make a deck and get out.

Yes. If minor tweaks are needed close to the presentation date, I’m there. Success in the real room matters more than the handover.

Absolutely. Many clients come with an existing deck. We keep what works, fix what doesn’t and rebuild the story and visuals where needed. The goal is not a makeover, it’s clarity.

C. Money, scope and expectations

It depends on the type of deck and complexity. A seed pitch, a big sales deck and a 60-slide strategy review are not the same. Call or WhatsApp me and I can give you a range quickly.

The type of deck, depth of thinking needed, number of sections, length of the presentation (a 10 minute keynote and a 3-hour long presentation are very different).

50 percent advance to start and 50 percent on final delivery.

Sometimes, if my schedule allows and the ask is realistic. If your deadline was “yesterday”, I may not be the right person.

No. The value is in the thinking, not the number of slides or hours. Pricing stays consistent and transparent for every client.

D. Content, samples and confidentiality

A call, any existing decks or notes and a clear idea of the audience and objective. That’s enough to begin.

You don’t need to write anything. Helping with narrative and content structure is a big part of my job.

Yes, I can share a few samples. Ping me on email or WhatsApp.

No. Every deck is specific to the client and their context. I may reuse good thinking patterns, not your content.

Yes. NDAs are absolutely fine and quite common.

E. Formats, tools and training

PowerPoint by default, Google Slides if you prefer. I do not design presentations on Keynote.

Yes. The core storyline stays, and we tweak emphasis and structure based on audience and setting.

Yes. I run workshops on clarity, story, structure and strong slides. You can see more about this in the Training section on the home page.

Yes. Most of my training work is tailored to the company’s context and examples.

F. Fit and next steps

People who care about clarity and want to think properly about their message, not just make the slides look pretty.

If you want a rushed overnight deck, five design options or pure cosmetics on top of messy thinking, I’m probably not your guy.

Call, WhatsApp or email me with a line on what you need. We do a quick call, and if it makes sense, we start. The easiest way is to use the contact details in the Work with me section on the home page.
